Why People Attend Beyond the Edge
(Music credit: Hans Zimmer)
There are many reasons for attending, including:

• An undefined restlessness about life, a career, or leadership work.
• A desire to open new doors and explore untapped creative potential.
• A need to make important career or life decisions.
• A desire to sustain and renew vital leadership in the face of high personal risk, exposure, or complexity.
• A desire to overcome past losses, frustrations, injustices, or failures.
• A wish to clarify and act more in concert with personal values, integrity, and vision.
• A desire to overcome old, limiting patterns of personal behavior.
• A desire to create a more meaningful and influential presence with others.
• Feelings of being blocked, stifled, exhausted, or “stressed out.”
• A desire to deal with tough or troubling feedback.
• Seeing the possibilities for a better world (company, family, community) and wanting to help bring them into being.
Beyond the Edge is a place to slow down long enough to hear a different kind of learning opportunity, one founded in the value and meaning of your own life story, and the search for an authentic life. Too often our daily lives...
...are filled with noise. We need a deeper silence to enable our own awakened power to listen.
...deprive our senses. We need beauty to see, hear and remember the real world around us and within us.
...are a series of deadlines. We need time to grasp timeless insights found in a passing moment.
...are filled with relationships in which we may still feel alone. We need a genuine sense of community to stir the soul.
